Chef Jeff has been involved in the Edmonton restaurant scene for 30 years. He has led many top culinary teams throughout the years, including our flagship Sorrentino’s Downtown restaurant. He has found his calling as a cooking class instructor. He loves to teach and engage with all class participants. Expect more than a few laughs if you plan to attend one of his classes.

Moved out west and worked at the Pan Pacific Hotel in Vancouver
Was the Chef at Oak Bay Marina Victoria
Sous Chef Aerie at Resort Malahat
Returned back to Edmonton in 2000
