Sorrentino’s Cooking Classes are a hands on experience where you can enjoy the fruits of your labour with a sit down dinner to conclude your evening. Wine tastings will be a 3 ounce pour. Additional wine and cocktails will be available, priced individually.
Guest Chef Vinod : Chef Vinod Lohtia has lived in enough places that he could well be an ambassador of cuisine. Born and schooled on the Indian subcontinent, Vinod trained in Europe and honed his skills in central Canada. Chef Vinod was born in Dehradun, India and recalls a love of cooking from a young age. He studied a 4 years course and obtained his Hotel Management and Catering Degree from the Institute of Hotel Management Catering &, Nutrition, Pusa, New Delhi, India, and later became a Cooking Instructor for the institute. He is recognised as being a Master in the art of Indian cooking and has vast knowledge of Indian culinary spices. His dishes and cooking style are sure to inspire your love for Indian food

Terms + Conditions for Cooking Classes
Class registrations are on a first come – first serve basis and we require a credit card number to hold your place in a class. We reserve the right to cancel any class that does not reach a minimum capacity of 8 people, or due to scheduling conflict and Chef availability. If we cancel your class, a credit will be placed on your client file to be used for a future class. Cooking classes are non-refundable.
